4. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Sizing
The fit of each garment may vary based on its cut, fabric, and design. Some styles are intentionally crafted for a relaxed, loose silhouette, while others offer a more fitted or structured look.
We recommend referring to our Size Chart and choosing the size that best matches your measurements and fit preferences.
6. Colors
While we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible:
- Actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, fabric texture, and photography.
- Slight variations in color will not be considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
7. Delivery

Delivery timelines may be affected if any of the following information is delayed or incorrect:
- Full payment not received
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Missing or incorrect measurements (where applicable)
- Lack of response or delayed communication from the customer
While Akanksha Mago strives for timely delivery, delays may occur in certain situations. We collaborate with trusted third-party logistics partners for shipping; however, we are not liable for delays caused by these external service providers.
8. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
- Shipping within India is free of charge and fully borne by Akanksha Mago.
- For international orders, shipping fees are additional and are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination country. Shipping charges for international deliveries will be shared upon inquiry or at checkout where applicable.
For any alterations on garments delivered domestically or internationally, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, as we may require at least one fitting trial to ensure the best possible fit.
For international orders, the logistics partner may contact you directly for payment of any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that such charges are paid in time so that the shipment can be cleared and delivered.
9. Undelivered Outfits
If an order remains undelivered due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Failure to respond to courier attempts
Then:
- The package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer for any further delivery attempts.
- No refunds will be issued for undelivered orders due to customer negligence or non-cooperation.
10. Prices
All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Akanksha Mago website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
11. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
No price adjustments will be made on past purchases if a product goes on sale at a later date.

13. Delivery Policies
Akanksha Mago uses trusted third-party logistics partners for all courier and delivery services. While we strive for timely delivery, Akanksha Mago is not liable for delays caused by external logistics providers.
For deliveries within India, Akanksha Mago bears the full cost of shipping.
For international deliveries, shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and will be communicated based on destination and order details.
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered for certain products or pin codes:
- Akanksha Mago may bear a portion of the COD fees charged by the courier partner.
- The remaining COD fee will be added to the customer’s order total at checkout.
- Choosing COD as a payment method will attract an additional COD charge.
14. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers are valid only for the period and under the terms stated with the offer.
- Offers cannot be combined unless clearly mentioned.
- Akanksha Mago reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any promotion or discount at any time without prior notice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akanksha Mago is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
- Loss or damage caused by misuse of products, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, or failures of third-party service providers.
