At Akanksha Mago, each outfit is crafted with great care, attention to detail, and high-quality standards. Since most of our garments are made-to-order or customized, we follow a strict Returns & Exchange Policy as outlined below.
1. Shipping
- Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally. Domestic (India) shipping is free of charge and fully borne by Akanksha Mago.
- International Shipping: Charges are additional and calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination country. International shipping fees will be communicated upon inquiry or at checkout where applicable.
- Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local country charges are the responsibility of the customer. These must be paid as required for the shipment to be released and delivered.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- All our garments are made-to-order or handcrafted specifically for you. Therefore, once an order is placed, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept this Returns & Exchange Policy.
- However, we are happy to assist with alterations for size or fit adjustments, wherever feasible.
- For garments shipped domestically or internationally that require alterations, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, as a trial fitting may be required to ensure accurate adjustments.
