At Akanksha Mago, all our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Sizing issues arising from customer-selected measurements
- Delays caused by third-party logistics partners
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
However, if your garment requires an alteration, we will be happy to assist you. Alterations may require additional time and/or shipping charges depending on your location.
