2. Returns & Exchanges

• All our garments are made-to-order or handcrafted specifically for you. Therefore, once an order is placed, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
• By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept this Returns & Exchange Policy.
• However, we are happy to assist with alterations for size or fit adjustments, wherever feasible.
• For garments shipped domestically or internationally that require alterations, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, as a trial fitting may be required to ensure accurate adjustments.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Sizing issues arising from customer-selected measurements
• Delays caused by third-party logistics partners
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

However, if your garment requires an alteration, we will be happy to assist you. Alterations may require additional time and/or shipping charges depending on your location.
